Sometimes, rare but possible, new batteries are bad out of the box, they don't hold their charge. Take the battery out of the bike and see if it stays charged not hooked up to anything. Bob's question about the key-off position is a good one, it's easy to have happen....and Ken's "shorts" comments are good one's, too, it doesn't take much to drain a battery over a couple of days. Take a look at your wiring, especially where wires are located up against or going through places like under the tank or frame. Also check the connectors, they can corrode and maybe there's a short there. Fun fun !!
